WRAPping it Up –Developing Your Wellness Toolbox with All Things Merry and Bright—a one day event, Kaposia, Little Canada, MN

KAPOSIA, a non-profit in Little Canada that works with people with disabilities to find employment, is offering Wellness Recover Action Plan ("WRAP") training to parents and caregivers of persons with disabilities.  WRAP is an international program designed to help people plan for and take action to support their mental health.

During the WRAP training, parents and caregivers "learn to identify the things that they can do to feel better and stay well."  When developing a WRAP,  parents and caregivers will "identify the Wellness Tools" that will help them  "get well, stay well and improve the quality of [their] life."

For more information about WRAP and Kaposia, please go to http://www.kaposia.com/services/mental-wellness/wrap/.  If you would like to register for the seminars, please fill out  and submit the registation form.
